If you have read the previous articles in this series, you will have understood that the rise of the Bio-Security Police State has little to do with gold-standard Public Health.
In fact, the past two years have been an opportunistic power grab, a metastasis of centralized, top-down government control that has served the profit interests of the Pharmaceutical Industry while censoring clinical practice of doctors and restricting the freedom of the individual.
In Part IV of this series, we examine the implicit agenda of the coercive public health measures that have defined the rise of the Bio-Security Police State. We also explore a possible future of increasing restrictions implemented as part of an emerging Western implementation of social-scoring digital authoritarianism.
The Agenda of the Bio-Security Police State
Mandatory Vaccination
As we described in previous parts, the non-sterilizing nature and rapidly waning protection of the SARS-COV-2 genetic vaccines makes vaccination a purely personal medical decision.
People at high risk of hospitalization (elderly, metabolically unwell, co-morbid, severely vitamin D deficient, severely immuno-suppressed) are advised to be vaccinated because the immediate benefit in preventing death exceeds the future known and unknown adverse effects of the vaccine.
However, as I have repeatedly asserted, vaccination cannot replace the key #RootCause determinants of viral protection — robust metabolic health, micronutrient repletion from unprocessed whole foods, Vitamin D repletion from consistent healthy sun exposure and properly regulated circadian biology. Nor can SARS-Cov-2 vaccination replace naturally recovered infection for durability and robustness of immune protection.
For these reasons, SARS-Cov-2 vaccination is an unnecessary medical intervention for anyone who is low risk of severe disease – specifically those who have intentionally made the lifestyle choices that place them at low risk.
Despite this fact, these vaccines have been forced on the whole population, including children who are at almost zero risk of severe disease and death. Such policies fly in the face of the clinical trend of the past several decades towards personalized medicine, which aims to specifically tailor therapies to each unique individual patient.
So we are forced to look deeper into the ulterior motive behind coercive policies of mandatory repeated vaccination.
In the Bio-Security Police state, vaccination status has morphed into a proxy for obedience — a purity test for loyalty to ‘Science’, and by extension, the State itself. If you will take multiple injections of a novel genetic vaccine therapy without question, then you are likely to accept other arbitrary, nonsensical government policies.
This was the reason mandating vaccination of the military, a population of largely young, healthy, low-risk individuals—it was a method of identifying and weeding out those who do not demonstrate total obedience.
Vaccine ‘Passports’
Vaccine ‘passports’ represent the weaponization of vaccination by the State for the purpose of societal control. Even the most scientifically illiterate can understand that if the double, triple and quadruply vaccinated can still contract and transmit COVID, then there is no sound immunological basis for their use.
Kind-hearted and altruistic tendencies were hijacked for the purposes of forcing widespread uptake of vaccines in low-risk people — when frequent rapid antigen testing and self-isolation was all that was needed to protect grandma (and still needed after vaccination).
The vaccine passport is simply a means to ‘reward’ those compliant with government edicts and punish people who are free-thinking or disagreeable. This much has admitted by several politicians of the various Bio-Security Police States in candid leaked video clips such as this one from Israel.
Despite this blindingly obvious fact, the Bio-Security Police State has signaled that they will continue to test the loyalty of their citizens by mandating continuous booster shots, despite rapidly waning effectiveness and the absence of evidence of significant efficacy nor of long term safety. Those who fail to keep updated with subsequent booster shots become ‘un-vaccinated’ and ‘anti-vaxxer’ as those that have had none.
There is no end to vaccination in the Bio-Security Police State because it serves the financial interests of the Pharmaceutical industry handlers of government at the same time as dis-empowering individuals who would assert their rights and freedom.
This creeping loss of individual rights in the name of ‘safety’ or ‘science’ is continuous and only stops when the people resist further incursions into their right to free choice of medical intervention.
Medical Apartheid
A Medical Apartheid based on vaccination status is currently implemented in a number of countries around the world. People are denied access from restaurants, bars, museums, sporting events, music concerts and stores if they are unable to show evidence of ‘complete’ vaccination, a moving goal post of continued compliance based on the whims of the local health department.
People who were agnostic or hesitant to be vaccinated (or boosted) are now forced to take the vaccine simply to participate in society – a form of coercion and weaponization of medicine that is morally reprehensible and has done untold harm to trust in public health and vaccination in general.
History tells us that removing rights of a certain social group, whether race, religion, creed or nationality, never ends well for that persecuted group – and eventually leads to active segregation, persecution and worse.
The Future of the Bio-Security Police State
So what next? What is to be reasonably expected to follow for someone living in a Western nation who has implemented measures typical of the Bio-Security Police State?
Vaccine ‘passports’ are a convenient and likely precursor to a Western implementation of digital social-scoring system, modeled after the Chinese social-scoring system, that aims to restrict societal participation of those who do not comply with the edicts of the ruling party.
Social Credit Score
The Chinese Social Credit System is a digital enforcement tool that records, tracks and tallies behavior of every citizen through a digital citizen identification profile linked to social medial accounts, smartphones and every government service.
Those who demonstrate loyalty to the Party are rewarded with access to better schools for their children, better lending terms and complete freedom of movement within and without the country.
Those who express opinions that counter the Party line, express pro-democracy views, or engage in behavior deemed to be against the interests of the collective, are penalized. Such penalties vary from restrictions on access to credit all the way bans on the purchase of airline or train tickets, effectively trapping people in a restricted geographical area.
The Western Social Scoring Technocracy
It is increasingly obvious that the Western countries, the nascent Bio-Security Police States, are looking enviously to the East and seeking to copy the Chinese digital social scoring system domestically for the purposes of greater population control.
The incoming Western implementation of this system could include a national Digital ID that not only records one’s vaccination status, but later tracks one’s compliance with an unspecified number of future booster shots against SARS-COV-2 (or influenza or whatever pathogen, however mild, the State decides you need protection from).
In the future, the Western social scoring system would expand capability to include more features typical of the Chinese system — such as tracking of social media use and internet browsing history which would facilitate higher resolution surveillance and more granular control.
Permissioned Money
The most concerning feature of a possible combined Digital ID-Vaccine Passport would be integration with a Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC). CBDCs are a re-branded national fiat currency issued directly by a central bank.
They are designed to compete with Bitcoin, the global neutral digital monetary standard. Unlike Bitcoin, CBDCs would allow total government control of the spending conditions and purchasing behavior of every citizen.
In conjunction with a ban on the use of physical cash, CBDC/Digital ID accounts could be subject to arbitrarily removal (or addition) of money from citizens’ accounts. The State would use CBDCs as the enforcement tool for low social credit score individuals by means of financial exclusion. Potential implementations include:
Citizens geo-located at a pro-democracy (or anti-mandatory vaccination) protest could be electronically identified and have fines removed directly from their CBDC electronic wallet.
Government currency airdrops only for those who have received the Nth booster shot.
Spending restrictions for those who speak up about vaccine adverse event, or publicize police overreach or breaches of power at protests.
Geo-restricted spending conditions on government currency that enforce distance curfews or lockdowns.
It is not difficult to see how the combination of Vaccine Passport, Digital ID and CBDC forms an all-seeing electronic surveillance and enforcement tool, a digital panopticon, that provides the Bio-Security Police State with the means to silence and suppress any and all dissent, however legitimate.
The Accelerating March of Digital Authoritarianism
It so happened that a pandemic virus was the catalyst and accelerant of a trend towards digital authoritarianism that had been in slow development since September 11, 2001. The Bio-Security Police State has simply been the most opportunistic and most convenient excuse to rapidly implement such a centralized system of control.
In fact, the techniques and propaganda so effectively deployed in response to the virus have provided proof-of-concept for strategies that could be replicated in response to future ‘crises’ that will inevitably occur when such crises provide such a high return-on-investment for the seizure of power by the State.
Omicron – a Spanner in the Works
Notably, the rise of the Omicron variant of SARS-COV-2 seems to be removing, in real-time, the justification for coercive public health policies we have witnessed up until now. Omicron represents a commonly seen mutation trajectory of respiratory viruses - from more to less virulent while becoming more transmissible.
With Omicron, Nature has provided something that Pharma couldn’t – a highly effective live attenuated vaccine. It is more likely than not that SARS-COV-2 will join 229E, NL63, OC43 and HKU1 as circulating coronaviruses causing a mild upper respiratory tract illness that we call the common cold.
A Future Succession of Crises
At that point, Bio-Security Police state will likely change tack, and re-direct the malleable, fear-driven attention of the public to a new threat that will justify continuing expansion of government power and the commensurate reduction in liberty and individual rights. The mainstream media propaganda machine, and the various Enforcers, will simply work towards perpetuating new narratives of control.
Lockdowns ‘for the climate’, mandated internet log-ins ‘for cyber security’, meat rationing and taxes ‘for methane emissions’, fuel rationing ‘to reduce carbon’ could all be new reasons for individual sacrifice in the name of some impending yet nebulously distant catastrophe.
Or don’t be surprised if the Bio-Security Police State evolves into the Climate-Security Police State, the Cyber-Security or some other yet-to-be-conceived Police State that manipulates, misconstrues or misrepresents some event for the purposes of opression.
The cast will change but the story will remain the same.
Moving Forward
In the face of Medical Apartheid, digital authoritarianism and an emerging Western social-scoring technocracy, we must be grateful for what this virus has revealed — so many of us have been asleep at the wheel and have taken our rights and freedoms for granted.
For those who are awake, many newly so, it has revealed a moral compulsion to act, to defend freedom and the right to individual self-determination for ourselves and our children. It has taken the past two years for people to realize they have inalienable Natural Rights that do not exist at the whim of government and health bureaucrats.
In the final part of the series we explore Natural Rights, their roots in Western culuture and the importance of defending them in the face accelerating attempts by governments to centralize control at the expense of your life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

This jumped out to me as the only questionable statement in the article. To be fair, Omi may have “evolved” in a “natural” sense from an original Lab grown version, but there is zero evidence it is from “Nature” just like the original WIV strain. In fact there is some evidence it is older than the original strain.
