Majorly overdosing on Omega 6 Fatty Acid and chronic, widespread inflammation so evident in children as well as adults.
Sucrose as well, now fructose which is worse and things took a turn for the worse back in the 1800's when grazing stock were converted to grain based feed stock. Now farmed fish have been turned into grain consumers.

Say, most of what is sold in supermarkets is not fit for human consumption. Include orchard stock, read fruit which has been massively engineered, firstly through selective breeding techniques and more recently via the application of Biochemistry. It no longer resembles wild fruit and effects the Digestive Kinetics differently.

What to do about this? Difficult, unless one grows everything which is impossible for most.
Say, eat as little as is necessary to get by, choose minimally re-engineered foods, say vegetables and closer to wild meat, say, goats and kangaroos (Australia). This is not easy.
Oh yes oysters, or “huitres” here in France, so many different kinds of oysters, which go with different kinds of white wine. As autumn rolls into winter, it’s time for oysters, truly one of the sublime joys of life!
